How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

How do I redeem my Friend of the Den - Membership Refund Credit Voucher?

1. Choose your tickets on William’s Den website and go through to the check-out page, once you have all the tickets you require, go to your basket and in the top right corner of the page you will be asked to enter your “Gift Voucher code” - please COPY & PASTE  your personal code in from your Membership Refund Credit Voucher. (Voucher codes can't be typed in due to the hyphens)

2. When on the final check out page - you will see that your total ticket value will be deducted from the credit you have left on your membership credit refund voucher, thus deducted from your balance - if your membership refund credit voucher value is greater than the ticket cost - then the remaining balance will remain on your voucher code (like a gift card).

3. If the value of your ticket purchase is greater than your voucher credit, then the check-out page will ask you for the remaining balance to be made up by an alternative payment method ie. card payment.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online.  Please speak to us in store.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID. Or alternatively you can show your ticket on a smartphone.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. Our entrance to William's Den is accessed via a sloping pathway through the car park, we also have a dedicated disabled parking area near to the main entrance. Blue Badge required. Once inside our venue, we have accessible toilets and also ramps in our restaurant area and into our outdoor and indoor play areas, however, access to some of the outdoor equipment is over grass areas. The indoor play area consists of an upper level reached by stairs, therefore, indoor access is more limited for wheelchair users. For more assistance please get in touch.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?

Currently, you must pre-book your tickets before you arrive at William's Den, To avoid disappointment we recommend booking in advance. 

What measures do you have in place for COVID-19?

We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and follow all the Government Guidance plus our Covid secure programme which includes enhanced cleaning schedules, sanitising stations on our play equipment, and we minimise time spent inside for now. Where can I find more information about your camping?
