How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online.  Please speak to us in store.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID. Or alternatively you can show your ticket on a smartphone.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. Our entrance to William's Den is accessed via a sloping pathway through the car park, we also have a dedicated disabled parking area near to the main entrance. Blue Badge required. Once inside our venue, we have accessible toilets and also ramps in our restaurant area and into our outdoor and indoor play areas, however, access to some of the outdoor equipment is over grass areas. The indoor play area consists of an upper level reached by stairs, therefore, indoor access is more limited for wheelchair users. For more assistance please get in touch.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

We recommend that you pre-book to avoid disappointment, if there are any spaces available on the day then currently these must be booked on-line before entering William's Den.

What measures do you have in place for COVID-19

We follow all the current Government Guidance and full details can be found on the front page of our website under COVID-19 visitor information, where there is an FAQ section dedicated to this. If you need any further assistance please get in touch.

Where can I find more information about your camping

We have introduced some camping options this summer so that families can enjoy camping with our lovely play facilities nearby. All your questions should be covered under the ticket section under the "Read More" tabs and also in the Terms & Conditions, before completing your booking. Please get in touch if you need further help.
