General Terms and Conditions  

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between William's Den and yourself.

You agree to abide by the Play Policy.

For the purpose of entry, adults are aged 18+ and children are aged 3-17. Children under 3 enjoy access to Williams Den at a lower price which is displayed on the website.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

William's Den reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the site, ban entry to the site or remove from the site, any visitor.

No child will be admitted to William's Den unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

COVID-19  - you/your group should not attend William’s Den if you have Covid-19 or are experiencing any symptoms, please contact us in advance under these circumstances. 

Terms & Conditions  - Friends of the Den Membership Refund Credit Vouchers. 

Due to events beyond our control, all Friend of the Den memberships ended on 15/2/2021. 

Your Membership Refund Credit Voucher is valid as soon as you receive it for use against on-line entry tickets when we re-open on 15th April 2021 until 1st September 2022 inclusive.

Each membership refund credit voucher is allocated to the Lead Name on the Friend of the Den membership form (as per the original current membership) and covers the total remaining unused value for all members named and paid for on that membership.

Where other family members have joined and paid separately on different dates, they will receive a separate membership refund credit voucher.

William’s Den reserves the right to ask for proof of purchase of the original membership to help assist with any membership query.

The value of Membership credit refund vouchers are calculated by taking the overall Membership price paid, then the pro-rata value of the remaining time to run is calculated. In some cases, this will also include any remaining ‘gesture’ months that were given previously.

To calculate time left on memberships - full months have been rounded up to ensure that membership refund credit vouchers are in favour of members. If a refund is deemed necessary, the monetary value may be less than the value of the credit voucher offered - as part months will be included in any refund calculation.

To calculate time left on memberships - William's Den was unable to open through lockdowns, therefore closed and paused memberships on 19th March 2020 and re-instated memberships for October 2020 only. (Lockdown remained in place from November 2020 to March 2021 inclusive).

Membership refund credit vouchers may be used against other on-line tickets as well as admission until the balance is fully redeemed.

Membership refund credit vouchers may also be used in conjunction with other pre-booked ticket offers or discounts that may be available at the time of booking.

Membership refund credit vouchers are non-refundable & non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and may not be sold or transferred.

Membership refund credit vouchers are only applicable for online ticket purchases - all admissions must be booked in advance on our website.

The terms and conditions of the membership refund credit vouchers can be amended at any time at the discretion of William’s Den and shall be binding on the customer.

No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of a membership refund credit voucher - it can be redeemed in full by supplementing any outstanding payment in ticket cost, by an alternative payment method i.e., bank card at the check-out page.

If you have a lost or stolen Membership refund credit voucher, you must inform William’s Den in writing to hello@williamsden.co.uk within 48 hours. We are unable to replace lost or stolen gift vouchers.

While you have credit on your membership refund credit voucher you will continue to receive a 10% discount on any purchases at the “Kitchen Table” “Waffle Hut” and “The Shop” at William’s Den.

To receive your membership 10% discount, please show your *Membership Refund Credit Voucher either by phone or on a printout before you order at the till. *NB Discount is only available with proof of your Membership Refund Credit Voucher.
